In 2013, she found her niche in the picturesque settings of Lake Norman, a place she proudly calls home. Real estate was a natural fit for Amanda, combining her business acumen with her interpersonal skills. After five enriching years mastering the industry's dynamics, she took a bold step in January 2020 and established her own boutique firm, Amanda Kate Home. Here, she not only serves her clientele but also advises new homebuyers how to navigate the competitive buyers’ market.

In her personal life, Amanda is anchored by her family. Together with her husband John, daughter Taya, and their lovable dog Ollie, they reside in Davidson, where their home brims with warmth and laughter.
